Scottish Cheddar

Cheddar making moved north from Somerset to the pastures of Scotland and Scottish Cheddar has developed an identity of its own. In particular there has been a growth on the Scottish Islands such as Arran. Somerdale brings you the Arran truckle which is aged for a year before being black waxed.
